service request that we can fulfill on your behalf via
telephone, fax, email or internet without leaving our offices.
For example, gathering information on local schools, scheduling
an appointment or formatting a Microsoft Word document.
Requests of this nature can typically take 12-15 minutes

| Errand / Personal Assistance Services |

| An Errand Service is any
service request that requires us to leave our offices,
such as to do the shopping, deliver a package or take the
car for a wash & detail. These services are billed for
hourly. |

within the first thirty (30) days of arriving at
Synergy Corporate Housing and is offered exclusively to
Synergy clients. You can renew it monthly thereafter for

| A: $99.00 per month |

Membership Package? |
| A: 15 Concierge Service Requests and 1-Hour of Errands/Personal
Assistance Services |

| Q: Are there any additional fees? |
| A: Only if you need more service than
what's listed above. Ten (10) additional Concierge Service
Requests can be purchased for $49.00 and additional hours
of Errands/Personal Assistance Services are billed at $29.00
per hour. |

| Q: How do I pay for things that BayRunner
will purchase on my behalf? |
| A: If you want us to do the grocery shopping,
for example, we request that you first provide a credit
card or payment up-front for the cost
of the groceries. The cost of any products or services
purchased on your behalf shall be paid for up front or
billed back to you. Payment or reimbursement arrangements
shall be made prior to making any purchases. |

| Q: What's the normal cost for this package? |
| A: This special offer is available exclusively
to Synergy Corporate Housing clients and at our regular
rates would cost $200.00. |
